MemoClear ships from the United States. Most orders leave our fulfillment center within one business day of purchase.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and remote addresses can add a day or two. We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not seen a tracking email within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it.
Returns & refunds
MemoClear is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you would like to return a product, email our orders team within 60 days of purchase and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is in transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return postage unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Wrong or damaged item
If a bottle arrives damaged, or you received the wrong pack, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you. Before using any bottle, it is also worth a quick check on the verification page to confirm the batch matches.
