The short version
Every MemoClear order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If MemoClear is not right for you, contact us within that window and we will refund the product price.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to MemoClear orders placed through this official portal, memoclearofficial.com. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered, because we cannot verify their authenticity or batch. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible within the 60-day window.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- We will reply with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the bottles back; once the return is in transit, we process your refund.
What is refundable
Refunds cover the product price you paid. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable, except where an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case Everline covers return shipping. We recommend a trackable method for returns.
Processing time
Once your return is confirmed in transit, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
